Sandra Wegmann, ACC, Leadership Coach
For the past two decades, Sandra has collaborated with social sector leaders to create new strategic initiatives, to grow organizational capacity and to expand stakeholder partnerships. Clients value her professional experience with nonprofits and foundations, as well as the safety that she co-creates in service of client growth. She received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
Sandra’s niche is working with executive women in social change to increase their organizational impact. She helps leaders to embrace their unique identities by aligning values, vision and voice. She believes in the power of women’s leadership, influenced by her experience growing up in a female headed household, a history of collaborating with strong women leaders, and her current experience as a working Mom.
